Our products are made to measure. Payment is by iDEAL through Mollie; you may pay the full amount or a 60% deposit with the remainder on delivery. Because every order is manufactured to your dimensions, the statutory 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code). We confirm your measurements in writing before production starts.

Our webshop may contain incorrect prices. If we find out after your order that a price was wrong, we will let you know. You can then continue at the correct price or cancel free of charge, in which case we refund the amount paid in full within fourteen days.

We usually deliver between 10:00 and 17:00. Our driver does not unload: you unload the delivery yourself, with at least three people for a veranda, canopy or carport and at least two for a glass sliding wall or other products. Glass usually arrives as loose panes, so have a sturdy wall and wooden blocks ready.

Our quotes assume ground with sufficient bearing capacity. If ground screw foundations turn out to be needed at the survey or during installation, for example on peat or clay, we charge them as additional work at the applicable rate per screw foundation. We tell you beforehand and add nothing without your approval.
