How much does a glass sliding wall cost?
An Alupine glass sliding wall costs € 425.92 including VAT for two tracks, and € 1,197.90 for the widest version with six tracks. What you pay depends on the number of panels, which follows from the width of your opening. Height costs nothing extra.
Price by width
Find your opening in the table. Prices apply to clear glass and include VAT and all the parts you need to install the wall. If you choose tinted glass, we charge an extra € 10.00 excluding VAT (€ 12.10 including) per panel; for two tracks the minimum price applies and there is no difference.
| Width of the opening | Tracks | Price excl. VAT | Price incl. VAT |
|---|---|---|---|
| up to 200 cm | 2 | € 352.00 | € 425.92 |
| 200 to 300 cm | 3 | € 495.00 | € 598.95 |

An Alupine glass sliding wall closes an opening of up to 600 centimetres with six panels of 103 centimetres. Above 600 centimetres we install two walls side by side with a post in between; please request a quote for this.
Example: an opening of 380 centimetres
An opening of 380 by 220 centimetres needs four tracks. You then pay € 798.60 including VAT. That includes four glass panels 98 centimetres wide and 208 centimetres high, plus the top and bottom rails, the rollers, the draught strips, the U-profiles and the handle. Nothing else is added, apart from installation if you want it.
Height costs nothing extra
Whether your opening is 202 or 240 centimetres high, the price stays the same. We make the glass to measure within that range at no extra cost. Only the width determines what you pay, because it determines the number of panels.
What's included in the price
With us, the package is complete. These parts are included as standard and are not charged separately:
- 10 mm toughened safety glass, CE certified
- Aluminium top rail and bottom rail
- Glass profile including rollers
- Draught strips between all panels
- U-profiles to hold the glass
- Handle
- 10-year manufacturer's warranty
- Free delivery up to 50 kilometres from Veldhoven; beyond that we charge per extra kilometre, and you'll see the amount straight away at checkout
Keep this list in mind when comparing. Many suppliers list draught strips, U-profiles or a foundation sleeve as separate extras in their quote, so a low starting price still ends up climbing.
Install it yourself or have it installed
The choice is yours. The self-assembly kit arrives at your home fully prepared: the glass is already fitted in the profiles, the draught strips are in place and the side caps are mounted. All you need to fit are the top rail, the bottom rail and the U-profiles. Two people can do it in an afternoon.
If you'd rather have it done for you, we'll install it. That's what sets us apart from most webshops in this segment: they only supply a kit. We measure up, make the structure in our own production facility in Veldhoven and install it at your home. Request a quote with your measurements and postcode, and we'll let you know what installation costs and whether your address falls within our service area.
Delivery time
We make self-assembly kits to measure and deliver them within 10 to 12 working days. For installation, we agree a date with you after we've come to measure up.
Frequently asked questions about price
Q: Why is the price per panel and not per metre?
A: A sliding wall consists of separate glass panels that slide behind one another. Each panel costs the same, so the price follows the number of panels. That's fairer than a price per metre, because with a price per metre you end up paying for rounding.
Q: Is it cheaper if I don't need it to slide open as far?
A: No. The number of panels is determined by the width of the opening, not by how far you slide it open. That said, the more panels, the narrower they are and the more compact the stack when everything is pushed to one side.
Q: Are there delivery charges?
A: We deliver free of charge up to 50 kilometres from Veldhoven. Beyond that we charge per extra kilometre; you'll see the exact amount at checkout once you enter your postcode.
Q: Can I pay in instalments?
A: At checkout you can choose between paying in full or paying a deposit with the balance due on delivery. Contact us if you'd like to make other arrangements.
