Return Policy
At Alupine, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below you can read how we handle returns and your right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason. The withdrawal period runs from the day after you, or a third party designated by you, receive the product.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or post). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. For returns, please contact us; we will then send you the return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
Return shipment
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. For custom-made products (such as glass sliding walls and terrace coverings), different conditions may apply; we will state these in the quote and order confirmation.
